Daniel Weiss is an American born Drummer based out of Reno, NV. He was born in Anaheim, CA in 1988 and began playing drums shortly after his family relocated to Reno at the age of 5. Throughout high school, Dan participated in every music ensemble and joined the Reno Philharmonic at the age of 14. After high school, he attended The University of Nevada Reno, as part of the jazz ensemble and drumline, before finishing school at The Seattle Drum School of Music, where he took lessons from greats such as Adam Deitch, Stanton Moore, Jason McGerr, and many others. Daniel has also been touring the country with bands since he was 18 years old. Since 2006, he has been the drummer for Soul/Funk group, The Sextones. Their album “Moonlight Vision” brought the band some international success, which included distribution in Japan under P-Vine Records, and two European tours. Now, Dan is the full time drummer for Colemine Records Recording Artist, Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio. Also know as DLO3, Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio has become one of the fastest rising bands in the world. Playing festivals and headlining shows all over the globe, DLO3 captures their fans the minute they hit the stage with their dazzling performance.
